Using a claw hammer and screwdriver or blunt chisel, carefully remove band ends
Use whatever wood cutting power tool you have to cut board
Whether you have new or used boards, sand and paint/treat to desired finish
Re-position previously removed band ends and nails or buy new if you prefer
Screw lugged clamps to underside of boards shelf and insert pole
Attach clamps to cable tray then insert scaffold pole
Make base then attach upright poles before attaching rail and shelf
